Pastor Owen helped found Desert’s End back in 2006 and faithfully shepherded the church until his retirement in 2025. He currently helps lead the Equipping the Saints small group, where he shares his love for Scripture and invites others to go deeper in God’s Word.
Owen is married to Shirley, and they have four children—Zeke, Beth, Timo, and Gracie—as well as four beloved grandchildren. When he’s not teaching or pastoring, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or tending to his rose garden.
